About Me

My name is Virgilio (Vergel) Adriano. I love working with Excel and Visual Basic. I’m an MCAD (Microsoft Certified Application Developer) for .NET. My skills are mainly in Windows Application development and I’m currently working on acquiring my MCPD: Windows Developer credential.

My goal for this blog is to become a reliable source of information for the Excel and Visual Basic community as well as for my own personal learning.

I am very much employed and have responsibilities at work. So, please don’t expect an immediate answer and don’t expect me to do your project/homework for you. I will read your question and try my best to give you an answer. If I like your question, I will post it in the blog and answer it here.

About the Sample Files

I will be posting sample workbooks and VB projects for download. The Excel version that I have is Excel 2003 (I’m still saving up for 2007 version). For Visual Basic sample projects, I use the Express Edition of Visual Basic 2005 (It’s FREE!).
